Gemma is currently on the Teacher Training Pathway with Bangor University's Centre for Mindfulness to teach the evidence-based 8-week MBSR - Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction - course for adults. We are also trained to teach 'Mindfulness in Schools Project' evidence-based mindfulness courses for 7-18 year olds. These courses run for between 6-12 weeks and include an impact study to show the benefits to pupils which include improving concentration, emotional regulation and wellbeing.
