We are trained to teach 'Mindfulness in Schools Project' evidence-based mindfulness courses for 7-18 year olds. These courses run for between 6-12 weeks and include an impact study to show the benefits to pupils which include improving concentration, emotional regulation and wellbeing.
We aim to collaborate with schools and industry to use the power of digital to engage young people around health and wellbeing. We give children the skills to survive and thrive in the digital world by engaging positively with technology through courses, clubs and workshops that develop E-Safety, digital citizenship, digital mindfulness & digital wellbeing.
